Nicole Ananda, founder of Ananda Integrative Healing Group, augments M&J’s techniques with holistic healing methods — mindfulness training, energywork, hypnotherapy, and transformational life coaching — to help her clients overcome sexual dysfunction and achieve life goals. Her clients come from across the country for hands-on healing that goes beyond what traditional talk therapy can provide. 2) Identify holistic techniques for clearing physical/mental/emotional blockages.
