MFT

Natasha earned a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from La Salle University in 2014 and has furthered her education as part of Council for Relationships’ Post-Graduate Marriage and Family Therapy and Sex Therapy programs. She is currently pursuing licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in PA under supervision and a member American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (AAMFT).  She is also a member of the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT).

She believes that everyone has the ability to develop insight and create change in their lives and feels privileged to help clients navigate that journey. She strives to create a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative space from which to explore. Working from a contextual and holistic lens, she integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) as well as narrative and other theories to best meet her clients’ needs and goals.

She is passionate about erasing the stigma of mental health treatment and educating the public about the benefits of therapy.  She is LGBTQAI-affirming, kink-aware, and poly-friendly.

She specializes in working with individuals, couples, and families who would like to explore and address:

  • Interpersonal communication and connection
  • Navigation of life transitions
  • Self-discovery through identification of wants, needs, and boundaries
  • Relationship distress and cut-off
  • Sexual and gender identity
  • Ethical non-monogamy
  • Sexual desire and intimacy
  • Depression and anxiety

She also offers pre-marital and pre-separation/divorce therapy. Please reach out if you think working with Natasha would be a good fit for you.
