MFT (she/her)

Nicole is a Sex and Relationship Therapist. Her main priority is that clients feel seen and understood. She enjoys collaborating with her clients to create a safe and non-judgmental space. Nicole prioritizes her clients’ autonomy and works with clients to build safe relationships to explore the impact of trauma.

Trauma disconnects us from our bodies and weakens our sense of self. If you decide to work with Nicole, you can expect a compassionate and patient environment to heal and express yourself. Nicole integrates somatic practices, such as mindfulness and body-based interventions into her therapeutic practice when beneficial for her clients.

As a biracial Black woman, Nicole recognizes the impact of cultural forces and legacy scars on the quality of a person’s life. She uses a social justice lens to explore the intersectional factors that influence her clients’ ability to have satisfying relationships with themselves and others.

Nicole is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson University’s Couple and Family Therapy program, with a specialization in Sex Therapy.
