Creating space for healing, connection, intimacy, and authentic self-discovery.

I believe that healing begins when people feel safe enough to be fully themselves.

Whether you are struggling with relationship challenges, intimacy concerns, sexual wellness, trauma, anxiety, life transitions, or simply trying to better understand yourself, therapy can provide a space to slow down, gain insight, and move toward meaningful change. My goal is to create an environment where you feel seen, heard, challenged, and supported throughout the process.

My professional background combines over 15 years of experience as a wellness and behavioral health nurse with advanced graduate studies in Social Work and Human Sexuality Studies. This unique combination allows me to approach therapy from a holistic perspective, understanding the connection between emotional health, physical well-being, relationships, sexuality, culture, and identity.

As a therapist, I am particularly passionate about supporting members of the BIPOC community and creating a culturally responsive space where conversations about sexuality, relationships, pleasure, trauma, mental health and healing can occur openly and without judgment. I recognize that our experiences are shaped by family systems, culture, faith/spirituality, community, and lived experiences, and I strive to honor those realities within the therapeutic process.

I view therapy as a collaborative relationship. My style is warm, genuine, direct, and approachable while also providing accountability and practical tools for growth. I utilize evidence-based approaches including Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Relational Life Therapy (RLT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed, sex-positive care.
