BS, MS, MFT (She/Her)

I believe in the power of reconnection, within ourselves, our families, partners, and communities. While the connection is never perfect, therapy can help cultivate authenticity, boundaries, and accountability. Whether navigating parenthood, partnership, chosen family, or cultural identity, I support clients in shifting from individualism toward a more collectivist mindset, one that centers on equity, care, and interdependence.

Topics and stressors I frequently explore with clients include:

  • Family of Origin
  • Premarital, Discernment, Uncoupling, and Co-parenting Counseling
  • Parenting, Adoption, Fostering
  • Sexual Trauma and Intimate Partner Violence
  • Attachment Styles
  • Affairs and Jealousy
  • Anxiety and Depression
  • Sexual Desire Discrepancies, Arousal and/or Desire Disorders, Premature/Delayed Ejaculation
  • Sexual Identity Development and Non-Traditional Relationship Structures

In this work, I invite clients to reconnect mind, body, and self. Life transitions like moving, career shifts, relationship changes, or family-building are opportunities to re-evaluate our values and inherited beliefs. Together, we’ll explore the cultural, systemic, moral, and religious messages that have shaped your story, and begin rewriting them to reflect who you truly are.

My practice is client-centered: I believe you are the expert in your experience. I draw from multiple modalities: Gottman Method, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Self-Compassion, and Bowenian Therapy, to meet your specific needs and goals.

I work with individuals and couples across diverse backgrounds, offering a space that supports authenticity, self-inquiry, and meaningful change. My approach is socially conscious, culturally attuned, and intentionally challenges traditional, pathologizing models of therapy.

I received my education from Purdue University (B.S. in Psychology & Developmental and Family Science) and Thomas Jefferson University (M.S. in Couple and Family Therapy with a specialization in Sex Therapy). My training includes Sexual Attitude Reassessment (SAR) and participation in ongoing professional conferences and workshops to expand my knowledge and clinical expertise.
