BA - Intern Therapist (she/her)
Hi, my name is Rosie (she/her)!
I am an Intern Therapist at Thomas Jefferson University currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I enjoy working with couples, families, and individuals navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, family trauma, identity exploration, neurodivergence, and overfunctioning.
As someone trained through a systemic lens, I naturally look at the whole picture. I believe our struggles rarely exist in isolation, and I enjoy helping clients explore how past experiences, family dynamics, relationships, culture, and life transitions may still be impacting them today. I hold the understanding that the “why” behind our patterns can create more self-compassion and open the door for growth and change.
My style as a therapist is collaborative, honest, validating, and warm. I believe therapy should feel human, not clinical or performative, as I deeply value creating a space where people feel safe showing up exactly as they are, whether that’s messy feelings, intensity, or uncertainty and confusion. While I lead with compassion and curiosity, I also believe growth sometimes requires gentle challenge and directness when there is enough trust and safety in the room.
I strive to create an affirming environment for all identities, experiences, and walks of life. I especially enjoy helping clients better understand their relational patterns, attachment wounds, communication styles, and the stories they carry about themselves and others. If you’re looking for someone to encourage you through this era of self-discovery and growth, let’s connect.
