BA - Intern Therapist
Hey friends — I’m Pepper.
I’m a queer therapist-in-training currently earning my Master’s in Couples and Family Therapy with a specialization in Sex Therapy at Thomas Jefferson University. I’m genuinely thrilled that you’re here. Getting to this point in your healing journey can feel overwhelming, and you deserve credit for taking the next step.
My approach is down-to-earth, non-judgmental, and rooted in authenticity. I work to create a space where humor, vulnerability, and honesty are welcome, because healing happens most easily when you can show up as your full self. With a background in systemic therapy, I look at the bigger picture including family, relationships, community, culture, sexuality, identity, and spirituality. Essentially, all the pieces that shape who you are and how you move through the world.
I don’t believe healing is linear. Instead, I take a collaborative, flexible approach so we can build a process that fits you rather than the other way around. I work with individuals, couples, and polycules, and I’m especially passionate about supporting gender-queer and gay folks, people exploring their sexual identities, and partners navigating polyamory or ethical non-monogamy.
If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you with curiosity, affirmation, and a sense of humor, I’d love to connect. Let’s dive in. I’m excited to start this work with you.
