MFT
Welcome! I’m Olivia (she/her), and I’m so glad you’re here.
If you’re exploring therapy, you might be navigating challenges related to identity, intimacy, or connection—or simply looking for a space to feel more understood. Whatever brings you here, I want you to know that you’re not alone, and that therapy can be a powerful space to slow down, reflect, and move toward growth and clarity.
I work with individuals and couples navigating a wide range of experiences, including racial and cultural identity exploration, gender and sexual identity development, desire differences, emotional disconnection, and neurodivergence. I also support folks in nontraditional relationships, kink-affirming spaces, and multiracial or multi-heritage partnerships. Whether you’re facing a crisis, sitting with uncertainty, or just feeling stuck, I’ll meet you with empathy, curiosity, and a deep respect for your lived experience.
You can meet with me virtually or in person at the office in Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia. However we connect, I aim to create a space that feels grounded, collaborative, and welcoming of your full self.
My approach to therapy is affirming, relational, and culturally responsive. I believe that our identities—across race, culture, gender, and sexuality—are central to how we experience ourselves and our relationships. I draw from Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Contextual Therapy to support you in unpacking patterns, making meaning, and reconnecting with what matters most.
When I work with couples, I focus on emotional connection, communication, and the cultural and systemic influences that shape your relationship. Together, we’ll look at what’s getting in the way of closeness and build something more intentional, compassionate, and sustainable.
I earned my Master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University, with a specialization in Sex Therapy. My training includes advanced coursework in sexuality, relationships, and inclusive clinical care, along with the Sexual Attitude Reassessment (SAR) experience and ongoing education in trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming practice.
Whether you’re exploring who you are, how you connect, or where you’re going, I’m here to support you with presence, honesty, and care. If you’re looking for a therapist who brings warmth, realness, and deep respect into the room—I’d love to connect.
