MFT

Welcome! I’m Olivia (she/her),

I’m so glad you’re here. If you’re exploring therapy, you might be navigating challenges around intimacy, identity, or connection—and I want you to know you’re not alone in that. I specialize in supporting individuals and couples through a wide range of experiences, including desire discrepancies, sexual dysfunction, diverse relational structures, sexual identity exploration, infidelity, kink, uncoupling, and the unique dynamics of multiracial and multi-heritage partnerships.

You can meet with me virtually or in person at my office in Rittenhouse, Philadelphia. Either way, I’m here to meet you where you are—with curiosity, care, and a deep respect for your story.

My approach to therapy is humanistic, affirming, and culturally attuned. I believe we all carry stories worth understanding, no matter where we come from—and therapy can be a powerful place to explore those stories. I draw from Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Contextual Therapy, which allows me to tailor our work to your unique experiences, needs, and goals. I show up with empathy, curiosity, and warmth, and I believe therapy is a collaborative and engaging space where we explore the challenges of intimacy, identity, and connection in a way that fosters real, meaningful growth.

In our sessions, my priority is to create a space where you feel truly seen, supported, and safe to show up as your full self. I bring empathy, curiosity, and warmth into the room, and I view therapy as a collaborative, engaging process where we can explore the complexities of intimacy, identity, and connection—together. I understand how painful it can be to feel unseen or misunderstood, and that’s why I’m passionate about offering a space where you can reconnect with yourself and those you care about in ways that feel authentic, empowering, and truly transformative.

When I work with couples, I pay close attention to emotional connection, power dynamics, and the cultural and systemic influences that shape your relationship. Together, we’ll look at the patterns that may be getting in the way of the connection you’re seeking—and work toward something that feels more aligned, compassionate, and sustainable.

I earned my Master’s degree from Thomas Jefferson University’s Couple and Family Therapy program, where I specialized in Sex Therapy. My training includes advanced coursework in sexuality and sex therapy, the SAR (Sexual Attitude Reassessment) experience, and ongoing continuing education that helps me keep growing in this work.

Whether you’re navigating desire, emotional disconnection, relational uncertainty, or identity exploration, I aim to meet you with care and presence—gently encouraging insight, healing, and meaningful growth. If you’re looking for a warm, down-to-earth therapist to explore intimacy, identity, and connection—I’d love to connect with you
