MFT (she/her)

I started my own therapeutic journey when I realized the way I had always done things was not working for me anymore, and I needed some assistance in finding a different path. So often the coping mechanisms that kept us safe in our childhoods keep us from experiencing self-acceptance and the deep and meaningful connections we long to have as adults. Whether you are exhausted by your own people pleasing, mired in self-criticism, or struggling in your relationships, you deserve a place to gain insight into how your patterns have formed and what changes can be made to live a more fulfilling life.

With unconditional compassion, a conversational style, and a bit of humor, our therapeutic relationship will model the secure attachment you will learn to build with yourself and others. I believe in the power of a reparative emotional experience in therapy, which will foster a sense of self-trust when you take emotional risks in or outside of session.

I am a graduate from Thomas Jefferson University’s Couples and Family Therapy program. I see individuals, couples, and families, and I specialize in sex therapy.  As a trans-affirming, queer-affirming, and nonmonogamy affirming therapist, I work from a culturally sensitive, non-judgmental stance and strive to create an environment that invites my clients’ whole and authentic selves into my office.

I look forward to working together.
