Hi, I’m Kennedy (she/her). I’m an intern sex therapist, which means I’m here to talk about all the things you were told not to.

I work with people who grew up being taught that their body, their desires, or their needs were too much or just plain wrong. That might look like religious trauma, sexual shame, perfectionism that won’t quit, or a relationship with your body that’s been complicated by medicine, hormones, or other people’s opinions. If you’ve ever Googled “am I normal” at 2am, I’m probably your person.

My style is direct, a little funny, and completely serious about meeting you where you actually are, not where the world says you should be. I use therapeutic techniques to help you understand your patterns, not pathologize them, because your story is the most important one in the room. That thing you’ve always seen as your biggest flaw? We’re probably going to reframe it.

I’m currently completing my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Thomas Jefferson University, training specifically in sex therapy. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, sex-positive, and genuinely welcoming of all identities, relationship structures, and expressions, not just on paper, but in the room.

We’re not solving everything in one session. We’re finding what actually fits into your real life and building from there. No filler, no performance, just real work at your pace.
