Hi! I’m Kennedy (she/her), and I’m so glad you’re here. I’m an intern sex therapist dedicated to helping people feel more grounded, connected, and at home in their relationships and in themselves. Life can be confusing, but your sex life doesn’t have to be. Whether you’re hoping to deepen intimacy, understand your patterns, or try something new, I’m here to support that exploration with care.

I work from a systemic lens, which means I pay attention to patterns, roles, emotional processes, and interactional cycles that shape how people relate to themselves and each other. My style is compassionate, direct, and grounded in curiosity. I use humor thoughtfully to help clients relax and feel more comfortable as we explore deeper topics. My priority is to create a shame-free
space that meets you exactly where you are and honors your readiness and autonomy.

I bring my full, authentic self into the room because I believe connection is at the heart of the work. I’m mindful of how culture, power, and lived experience shape intimacy, desire, and relationship patterns. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, sex-positive, and welcoming of all gender identities, sexual expressions, and relationship structures.

I’m currently earning my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Thomas Jefferson University. I welcome individuals and couples of all backgrounds who are ready to explore growth, pleasure, and deeper connection.
