Hello! My name is Erica Hochanadel (she/her/hers). I am a queer identified human sexuality professional providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and folks in non-dyadic relationship structures. I received a dual master’s degree in Social Work and Education in Human Sexuality from Widener University.

My specialization is sex and relational therapy, although I am adept at working with folks presenting with a wide spectrum of concerns. I utilize a systemic approach while incorporating integrative theoretical interventions. Theoretical models that I frequently employ include attachment theory, cognitive behavioral theory, narrative theory, and family systems theory. Trauma focused therapy and somatic practices are incorporated throughout my work. I have completed the level one Gottman training and pull many of my assessments and interventions from The Gottman Method when working with folks in partnerships.
