MFT, (she/her)

I am a therapist and sex therapist offering individual and couples therapy to those seeking growth, connection, and a deeper understanding of their lives and relationships. I am direct yet gentle, providing guidance with sensitivity in a nonjudgmental environment. In our work, I will help you discover your innate capacity for healing and step more fully into your life with a renewed sense of possibility. Together, we’ll work toward your goals in a way that feels hopeful and within reach.

I have experience working with a range of issues, including trauma, relationship challenges, self-acceptance, and questions of identity and purpose. I support clients who feel disconnected or lost due to unresolved pain, self-doubt, internalized negative beliefs, or complex family dynamics. Our work will focus on reclaiming your sense of self, nurturing inner safety, and gaining clarity around your past, present, and future.

In couples therapy, I help partners uncover the needs underlying their conflicts and improve communication. We’ll focus on identifying and shifting unhelpful patterns and build skills for a more fulfilling relationship. I also support couples in enhancing emotional and sexual intimacy and becoming more mindful and present in their interactions.

Education & Approach

I hold a master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University, with a specialization in sex therapy. My systemic training emphasizes the importance of context in shaping who you are and what matters to you, including your relationships, community, culture, and family history as we work toward your goals. Sex therapy can be incorporated into both individual or couple sessions.

Systemic therapy can be valuable for couples because it helps get to the root of patterns that keep you stuck and learn how to transform them. This approach doesn’t just look at relationships in isolation; it takes into account each partner’s personal history, the societal pressures they face, and the family legacies they may carry. By seeing each partner as a whole person, we can build a relationship that appreciates each individual and the unique bond they share.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and person-centered, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. I blend psychodynamic, systemic, attachment-based, and relational theories, and incorporate parts work into therapy. I work with clients of diverse ages and backgrounds and am LGBTQIA+ affirming, sex-positive, and kink-friendly. I am committed to ongoing professional development, regularly pursuing further training, education, and supervision.

I offer a warm, supportive space where all parts of you are welcome. Please reach out if you have any questions about working together. I look forward to meeting you!
