empowering, compassionate, expansive, heart-centered therapy affirming the truth, complexity, and wisdom found in all that is you

A holistic healing practitioner, yoga teacher, and bodyworker for over 16 years, I am a trauma-informed integrative therapist for individuals of all backgrounds, men, couples + dyads, and other relational systems. My goal is to help excavate and bridge your inner truths & desires with your connection to others, to the world, and, most importantly, to your own self.

Leveraging compassion, play, creativity, curiosity, and a strengths-based perspective, I aim to help you identify and create your own unique path towards empowering yourself, your life, and your relationships. Our sessions will foster the expansiveness, awareness, and practices you need to move past roadblocks and live out your deepest values, desires, and potential. In this collaborative process, I hold your own autonomy, wisdom, and yearning for a life of authenticity, joy, pleasure, and connection with heart and care.

Our journey will bring us into exploring the many parts of who you are and how these parts show up in your life and your relationships. Through this exploration you will get to know your fullest self: identities, patterns, desires, body, emotion, mind, and spirit, along with the systems you are a part of and your patterns of connection or disconnection within those systems…gaining clarity and tools and growing in ways that feel authentic, affirming, and empowering in the process.

I am committed to being a holistic therapist working both “top down and bottom up” – processing thoughts and narratives and bridging them to our lived, embodied experience of emotion and sensation. Each session is tailored to meet each client’s unique needs and identities. With a focus on somatic therapy, parts work (IFS), and attachment-based models (EFT), I also employ
systemic, psychodynamic, yoga and mindfulness, relational models, and narrative therapy in my sessions.

Working systemically, I take into account the legacies, histories, and societal pressures each person or partner may carry. Working from embodiment, I take into consideration the body’s ability to affirm or block our capacity for joy, pleasure, potential, and connection. Through IFS and attachment, I help individuals and partners excavate the parts of themselves found underneath their patterns of stuckness. By healing those parts and shifting those patterns we reimagine new, life-giving ways of being in the world & relating, all the while building skills that create a more fulfilling, expansive, heart-centered life – individually, relationally, and sexually.
