Meredith Hritz, MFT (she/her)
Meredith is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson University’s couples and family therapy program, with a specialization in sex therapy. She has a casual and conversational style in her work to help individuals, couples, and families feel comfortable and at ease. Meredith believes the world can often be oppressive and unkind; she strives to create an environment of acceptance and compassion for her clients.
Meredith is trans-affirming, queer-affirming, and nonmonogamy affirming and works to continually maintain a truly non-judgmental stance. The theories that drive her work are Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
Meredith is interested in working with a variety of topics including:
- LGBTQ+ topics
- Sexual trauma
- Sexual difficulties including desire and sexual pain
