Erica Hochanadel, MSW, MEd (she/her)
Erica Hochanadel is a passionate human sexuality professional providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families. She utilizes a systemic approach while incorporating integrative theoretical interventions.
Erica received her MSW and M.Ed in Human Sexuality from Widener University and is currently pursuing her LSW. Prior to working as a therapist, Erica worked in social services as a social justice advocate for 12 years. She worked with sexual assault, domestic violence, and human trafficking survivors, LGBTQIA+ folks, and youth with mental and behavioral health challenges.
During her graduate career, Erica completed an internship with Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s (CHOP) Gender and Sexuality Clinic. She provided clinical services to trans, nonbinary, and genderqueer youth and their families. She helped bridge the gap between social work and medical systems of care for this population. Erica is passionate about working with transgender youth and relishes in the opportunity to participate with folks on their unique gender journey.
